Warranty Terms & Conditions :  

This warranty is applicable to:

a. Cornerstone Power Product purchased from Cornerstone Power Sdn Bhd and its authorized dealers within Malaysia. 

b. Manufacturing defects of defects arising from Normal Usage for the period of 365 day’s from date of purchase (except customer with extended warranty plan coverage). Any part replaced shall become the property of Cornerstone Power Sdn Bhd. 

1)         In the event of failure to present this warranty card, Cornerstone Power and its authorized service agents have the right to decline any warranty claim. 

2)         This warranty does Not Cover those parts subject to wear and tear and will be void if:

a. Particulars on this guarantee card are altered in any manner whatsoever. 

b. The Serial number on the product removed, tempered with rendered illegible. 

c. The product has not been used in normal condition it was intended for or in accordance with the operation instruction of if it has not been damaged in transportation or subject to rough handling or misuse. 

d. The damage is directly or indirectly cause by attack of household pets, wrong voltage, flood, fire, theft, lightning, any convulsion of nature or failure to follow operational instructions. 

e.          Product is being repaired, tempered with, altered or modified in any way by unauthorized person or technicians. 

3)         This warranty card does Not Extend to external/internal appearances, remote control, buttons, motion sensor, out door speaker, strobe light or knobs. 

4)         Claim for repair/service affected elsewhere will not be entertained. 

5)         Warranty card together with the Invoice must be presented when warranty claim is required. 

6)         Cornerstone Power Sdn Bhd reserves all right to changes without prior notification. 

 

Syarat & Peraturan Waranti 

1)         Waranti ini adalah tertakluk kepada:

a.          Barangan Cornerstone Power yang dibeli daripada Cornerstone Power Sdn Bhd dan agen-agennya yang sah di Malaysia. 

b.          Kecacatan pengeluaran bagi kecacatan yang timbul daripada penggunaan biasa dalam tempoh 365 hari daripada tarikh pembelian (kecuali pengguna melanjutkan dengan pelan perlindungan waranti). Mana-mana bahagian yang diganti akan menjadi hakmilik Cornerstone Power Sdn Bhd. 

2)         Jika gagal mengemukan kad waranti ini, Cornerstone Power agen servisnya yang sah berhak untuk menolak sebarang tuntutan waranti. 

3)         Waranti ini TIDAK meliputi bahagian tertakluk kepada keadaan haus dan lusuh dan akan terbatal sekiranya:

a.    Butiran pada kad jaminan telah dipinda dalam sebarang bentuk. 

b.    Nombor siri pada barangan telah ditanggal, dipinda atau tidak boleh dibaca.  

c.    Barangan tidak digunakan dalam keadaan yang biasa atau seperti yang disyorkan dalam arahan arahan penggunaan atau mengalami kerosakan ketika dalam pengangkutan atau disebabkan oleh pengendalian atau penggunaan yang salah. 

d.    Kerosakan berlaku secara langsung atau tidak langsung, oleh haiwan perosak, jumlah voltan yang salah, banjir, kebakaran, kecurian, petir, sebarang gegaran kejadian alam atau kegagalan mematuhi arahan penggunaan. 

e.    Barangan telah diperbaiki, dipinda, diubah atau diubahsuai dalam sebarang bentuk oleh juruteknik atau pihak yang berkenaan. 

4)         Kad waranti ini TIDAK meliputi permukaan luaran/dalaman, unit kawalan jauh, butang, motion sensor, outdoor speaker, strobe light atau knobs. 

5)         Tuntutan untuk pembaikan/servis yang dibuat di tempat yang lain tidak akan dilayan. 

6)         Kad waranti mestilah dikemukakan bersama-sam resit pembelian ketika tuntutan waranti dibuat. 

7)         Cornerstone Power Sdn Bhd berhak untuk melakukan sebarang pindaaan tanpa sebarang notis. 

 

产品保用期限与条例:

1)         此产品保用期限适用于:

a. Cornerstone Power 产品购買于Cornerstone Power Sdn Bhd 或其授权代理交易商家于马來西亞境內. 

b. 由生产制造所产生的缺陷,出现于标準使用方式內可享有自购買日期內的365天保用期. (此条例不包括己経购買本公司产品保用延長計画的用戶, 己购買产品保用延長計画的用戶可享有365天加12個月的保用期). 所有替換代修产品与零件所有权将归为Cornerstone Power Sdn Bhd . 

2)         如果不能出示此保用期証明卡, Cornerstone Power 与其授权維修代理将有权拒絕用戶的保用要求. 

3)         此产品保用期不包括机件磨损与刮花或保用将会被取消如:

a)           产品細节条例受到更改于無论任何情况与状况之下. 

b)           产品的条码受到更換, 改动或显示模糊不清. 

c)           用戶不依照产品说明书內的标準使用方式误用, 粗暴的使用其产品或経过用戶搬換其原有按装位置. 

d)           产品损坏直接或间接來自于家庭宠物,错誤电源,水災,火災,窃盜行为或任何大自然災害. 

e)           产品受过任何非授权維修代理人员的修補,調理或改装. 

4)         本产品保用不包括任何外/內观,遙控器,感应器,警报燈或內/外警报音响. (此条例不包括己経购買本公司产品保用延長計画的用戶,己购買产品保用延長計画的用戶可享有90天加12個月的保用期,保括所有附加配件.) 

5)         保用要求于授权代理之外将不被接待. 

6)         当要求保用更換的時候必需出示保用証明卡与购買其相关产品的收據. 

7)         Cornerstone Power Sdn Bhd 保留一切条例更換权力而無需通过任何公告或通知.
